Cookie Policy

Cookies, local storage, analytics, and consent categories.

Effective date: May 14, 2026

This document is an operational legal draft for launch readiness and requires lawyer validation before production reliance.

1. Technologies used

Request may use cookies, local storage, session storage, pixels, SDKs, and similar technologies for authentication, security, payments, analytics, preferences, performance, and fraud prevention.

2. Categories

  • Strictly necessary: login, session continuity, payment routing, fraud prevention, security, and service operation.
  • Functional: preferences, remembered interface choices, and creator dashboard settings.
  • Analytics: page views, funnel events, conversion metrics, diagnostics, and product improvement.
  • Marketing: only if enabled and consented where required; used for attribution or promotional measurement.

3. Consent and controls

Where required, non-essential cookies and similar tracking should be disabled until consent is obtained. Users should be able to withdraw consent or change preferences. Browser settings may also block cookies, but some service features may stop working.

4. Retention

Session technologies may expire at browser close or logout. Security and analytics identifiers should be retained only as long as needed for the stated purpose, generally no longer than 13 months for analytics unless law or legitimate security reasons justify longer retention.
