Trust and Safety Policy
Moderation principles, reporting, escalation, and enforcement.
Effective date: May 14, 2026
1. Safety principles
Request aims to enable creator monetization while reducing harm, fraud, exploitation, processor risk, and unlawful activity. Moderation is risk-based and may combine automated detection, manual review, user reports, payment signals, and post-incident investigation.
2. Reporting
Users can report abuse, policy violations, suspected infringement, fraud, harassment, unsafe requests, or illegal content to safety@request.cx. Reports should include URLs, tracking codes, screenshots, timestamps, user identifiers, and a short explanation.
3. Escalation
High-risk matters involving minors, threats, non-consensual intimate imagery, severe harassment, sanctions, payment fraud, or credible legal risk should be escalated for immediate review, evidence preservation, account limitation, and possible reporting.
4. Enforcement actions
Request may warn, educate, remove content, reject requests, restrict messaging, pause deliveries, hold payouts, refund transactions, limit accounts, suspend or ban users, block devices or payment methods, and cooperate with processors or law enforcement.
